As a business which cares passionately about our people, we are doing everything we can to ensure that our team have a safe working environment whilst continuing to service our customers as best as we can. Some of the measures we have introduced include regular disinfecting procedures, air purification systems and personal sanitising products in our work environments including offices, warehouse and vehicles.

Sales and Customer Care

Our customer care team is prepared for remote working where necessary and will continue to service our customers to the best of their ability however, as a supplier of cleaning equipment and products we are experiencing huge volumes of orders and contact at this time, so ask you to bear with the team who are working exceptionally hard to answer every call and email as fast as possible.

Our Service Team are still visiting sites and will continue to keep your equipment up and running wherever possible. We do however, ask you to notify us where visits to your sites may not be possible due to restrictions you are putting in place so they are prepared with an alternative.

Our Procurement Team is working hard to increase volumes of key items and we have invested heavily in stock across these product ranges to ensure availability over the coming weeks. Warehousing &

Logistics
Our Warehouse is currently working as usual, although dealing with higher than normal volumes, but we don’t expect any delays at this stage.
We are at this current time still working in a Business As Usual situation and will continue to monitor the situation and provide updates where necessary.
