EscaTEQ's Rubber-TEQ handrail cleaning solution is a proprietary QUAT-based (Quaternary ammonium compound) cleaning solution developed for fast, safe and effective cleaning of escalator and travellator handrails. Engineered specifically for rubber surfaces, it efficiently removes dirt, grease and build-up while maintaining the integrity of the handrail.
Designed for seamless use with the Rail-TEQ handheld cleaning tool and microfibre pads, Rubber-TEQ enables efficient cleaning while the handrail remains in motion, reducing downtime and improving maintenance productivity.
Application and usage:
Rubber-TEQ is designed for use as part of a regular maintenance routine and can also be applied as a pre-cleaning step prior to disinfection.
For optimal results, dilute the solution with water at a 1:5 ratio. Spray directly onto the microfibre pads of the Rail-TEQ tool, apply to the moving handrail and allow for the motion of the escalator to carry our the cleaning process. No rinsing is required.
